Who is eligible for a vaccine?

Everyone 5 years of age and older is now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has also endorsed booster shots for all U.S. adults 18 years and older. Booster shots are recommended six months after the last dose in the Pfizer or Moderna series, and two months after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. If you are unsure if you qualify for a booster shot, visit the CDC website to learn more.

Medical professionals will be on site during the clinic to answer any questions about the vaccine and its side effects.

Sign-up for your appointment

Pharmacists will be administering both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines at the clinic. Book your vaccination appointment here.

If you are booking an appointment for a booster, be sure to bring your original vaccination card to your appointment. If you no longer have your vaccine card, or did not receive one, contact the vaccination site where you received your first dose or the Washington State Department of Health.
