Spokane Obstetrics and Gynecology (Spokane OB/GYN) and Premera have come to an agreement on a two-year contract, ensuring there will be no disruptions for Premera patients receiving care at Samaritan Hospital or clinics.

This new two-year contract is effective through September 15, 2027, and allows members across all Premera lines of business (commercial and individual) to retain in-network access to healthcare services at Spokane OB/GYN.

Premera and Spokane OB/GYN entered negotiations with the goal of continuing to provide access to local, high-quality care for members with Premera health plans, as well as fair reimbursement for healthcare providers. The new contract represents a collaboration between both organizations that provides stable, affordable access to care for patients throughout Eastern Washington.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of our community members as we’ve worked through this.
